| Transforming Fear... SWIMMING WITH WILD SPINNER DOLPHINS By Belinda Farrell Belinda Farrell, Certified Hypnotherapist and Huna Practitioner of ancient Hawaiian healing, has been leading Adventure Retreats to Hawaii for the past 8 years. Belinda, formerly a professional Precision Stunt Car Driver for film and TV, decided to do a 360 and literally turn her life around after hitting a physical crisis. Planning your next vacation? Tired of the same old tours? Why not challenge yourself to take a swim on the wild side? Even if you are a beginner swimmer, you will learn how to relax in the water thanks to the expert guidance of our experienced dolphin guides. I was once a non-swimmer, totally afraid of the ocean. The truths I discovered didn't come from any guru, any motivational trainer, or any other teacher with two legs. My source of inspiration came from the most unlikely and most loving source possible... the dolphins. The dolphins came to me in the dream time and taught me how to swim. My desire to be with them was stronger than my fear and ultimately, the fear dissolved as an illusion into the water. Join me in the warm gentle aqua waters of the Big Island of Hawaii where the wild spinner dolphins live. These dolphins are not in captivity. They choose to come to swim with us in the protective bays we guide you through. We prepare your energy so that the dolphins will be attracted and want to swim with our pod. Dolphins can swim more than 35 miles per hour. So when they stop to be with our group, it is quite an honor. No, this is not just swimming with the dolphins --this is actually experiencing the dolphins eye to eye. Here is what one past participant, who came all the way from Canada, had to say: "The Huna Dolphin Retreat was an out-of-this world experience. The beauty of the Island, combined with the dolphins, the healing of Huna, and the wonderful spirits of fellow participants made for a magical journey. I knew swimming with the dolphins would be incredible, but nothing really can prepare you for actually being in such close proximity, sharing the same ocean space, with these majestic, playful, powerful beings. When one chooses to look at you in the eye, from a foot away ...there are no words to describe the overwhelming feelings of love, peace, and connection... to everything! We felt so safe. Thank you for all of our amazing human helpers and guides. Belinda's chanting all through the week resonated deeply and helped me connect even more to every aspect of the retreat. I wasn't sure what to expect from the Huna training, but it exceeded anything I could have anticipated. That training tied in very well to the lessons from the dolphins." (D.
