Chris Assel offers Systemic Constellation Work.
What it is about?
The workshops are called "Systemic Constellation Work." This is a new and effective method which was developed in my home country Germany, by Bert Hellinger.
It has become very popular in the past ten years, because the effects were appreciated strongly by the participants. "Systemic" means not to look only at the individual, but also at the family field of several generations. This is very important, because the family field often strongly determines our acts and our fortune.
What is a family field? If, for example, you want to learn a foreign language, you are going to learn the words and the grammar. But this alone does not enable you to communicate. In order to master the language fully, you will have to find access to the field of the language. It will be easy to learn a language if you only get in touch with this field.
In a (family) system we are always in touch with this "knowing field" and we feel the whole. Usually we are not aware of the fact that we are in touch with everything and everything is in touch with us. The (family) system is bigger, greater and older, and we are unconsciously subjected to it. Now, if someone in this field did not get a look-in or was cut off in the movement of life, e.g. in an early death, somebody else in this field will sense this and feel the obligation to compensate. This person will try to continue the interrupted movement of somebody else. Most likely, if the person, who was cut off, was forgotten or shut out. The person who represents the other is in resonance with the other. But at this point, the person who represents the other is not in full resonance with him/herself. The area of the body where the resonance is disturbed hurts. The pain that pushes us reminds us and others of the misbalance. The more it hurts, the more it reminds us. If we now want the pain to "go away", we shut out this person a second time and the pain must stay. Only if this person is re-membered and honored fully, the pain can go.
