Linda had just turned forty when she came to see me. "I have a everything I thought I wanted," she said. "I have a good income from running my own business and people say I'm attractive, but I'm not happy." She had recently ended a difficult, turbulent relationship. She felt emotionally unfulfilled. She had experienced some therapy in the past, but what she had learned then didn't seem to be helping her now. Her hard work and driving ambition had brought her success, but she had a secret kept carefully hidden from the world.

Linda asked me many questions, questions you, too, may be asking: How can I rid myself of anxiety, compulsions, unsatisfying relationships, fears, emptiness?

I told Linda that now new and better therapeutic methods reach directly to the roots of problems. These new methods gently and carefully remove the deeper causes of all sorts of suffering and instill positive feelings like optimism, hope and self-love, where there may have been fear, depression and low self-esteem.

I gently explained that repetitive patterns usually come from early upsetting experiences that take root in our subconscious, creating negative self-images, fears, and dysfunctional relationships.

As children we can't reason to ourselves that Daddy is yelling because he's upset about his work, or he's had too much to drink. We simply get scared or think it's about us. We can't reason about why Mom isn't there for us, because she feels stressed by her own life or her relationship with Dad, and so we feel that we must be bad or she'd be there. We might generalize from those events and begin to believe that no one can be there for us.

Linda knew some of this, but she didn't realize that these negative experiences actually lodge themselves in our subconscious and even in our nervous system, creating negative feelings, thoughts and beliefs about our future, which then come true because we believe them and unconsciously create them.

Early abuse and neglect had left their mark on Linda's psyche. She thrived on work, but when she wasn't working, she felt anxious and sometimes panicky. Her relationships suffered because of her anxiety. But when the panic attacks passed she would simply go back to work, accumulating more wealth but not solving her problems.

When Linda came to see me she was ready for a miracle. She wanted an inner transformation that would allow her to finally be free, whole and at peace inside. Her inner knowing had guided her to call.

While in hypnosis, Linda relaxed deeply. For the first time in years she felt a sense of peace and safety. I introduced her to a new synthesis of energy therapy methods to remove the patterns of trauma, neglect and abuse that were at the root of her suffering. She had never before gone this deep in her healing work. She felt great relief to have found the healing she was seeking. Her fears and anxieties lifted. Now she allowed herself to reach out to others, and felt much less alone.

Sometimes people feel their past therapy has healed them, but their relationships still aren't fulfilling and parts of their lives still aren't working. This is actually a signal from your own inner knowing that you need to go deeper and trust your center to guide you to the right path. For Linda, that path included hypnosis and energy work, which lifted her out of a morass of compulsive, circular patterns, allowing her to finally feel safe, free and connected to herself and others. She soon formed a new, healthier relationship based on trust, found a better balance between life and work, and even forgave the people in her past that had contributed to her fears and anxiety.

Her secret world of fear, anxiety and loneliness had been transformed. She no longer needed to hide. Today she's thriving in all areas of her life. And so can you.
