The Miraculous Side of Psychology

There is a yin and yang to everything including psychology. Traditional therapy and counseling usually involves exploring one's story or one's family's story, analyzing it through some system and understanding how it causes our current discomforts. Sometimes just waking up into an awareness of the roots of our problems changes them or heals them. Sometimes cognitive solutions are provided that can be very helpful but require a lot of conscious effort. Often no change beyond understanding occurs.

In the last fifteen years an integration of NLP/hypnosis, Chinese medicine, and Kinesiology has developed into a powerful healing modality often called Energy Psychology (EP). The earliest and best known EP is probably EMDR developed at the Oakland Veterans Hospital by Francine Shapiro, MD, to treat PTSD in Veterans. As far as I know it was the first successful treatment. Subsequently many other modalities evolved and now there is a long list of confusing acronyms naming them. This is wonderful. The people using and developing these techniques very openly share their discoveries and evolve each other's work, continually improving the technologies.

Subsequent to EMDR, Roger Callahan, PhD, discovered through the use of kinesiology, that tapping on certain acupuncture points while his client remembered a traumatic event would heal the trauma and all symptoms associated with that trauma. He calls it Thought Field Therapy (TFT). Gary Craig took this method and simplified it into Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). From Gary I discovered Be Set Free Fast (BSFF) developed by Larry Nims, PhD. EFT combines tapping on acupuncture points while making a statement about your issue. It is an amazing cure for jet lag, but you can imagine how uncomfortable it feels to be tapping away while talking to myself on the flight. Larry discovered that he could imagine tapping on the points and realized that it is the intention rather than the tapping that creates the healing. From this great awakening he developed BSFF.

Larry's marvelous discovery is that our subconscious mind (SC) will always do everything we intend it to. Unfortunately it may already have a lot of conflicting and contradictory instructions so it does not appear to respond this way. He designed a set of instructions to the SC that cuts through all the possible conflict and resistance so that requested changes take place immediately.

I have seen so many miracles using this technique for the past two years on myself and with clients. I have taught it to over 300 people on both coasts. They are also reporting amazing results with physical ailments, emotional discomforts and spiritual problems. There are no limits to the problems BSFF can help. I have seen people relieve long standing physical pain and illness in a few moments, heal family relationships, increase their income, overcome addictions, and so much more.

BSFF is primarily a self-help technique. I teach classes in Berkeley about once a month. It is easy to learn and simple to apply, perhaps too easy! You will thank yourself forever for learning this technique.
