Something big is happening in the area of inner trans-formation, and it's big enough to be the force that can ultimately transform our world. We're experiencing an actual revolution in consciousness. We're shifting from our traditional psychological paradigms to a healing mindset. This is a big shift, a leap from "improving ourselves" into taking a giant leap into the eternal essence of ourselves. Here all solutions lie, and this revolution in consciousness is taking us to a profound next step.

What is Transformation? Transformation is a process of moving from the illusion of darkness into the reality of light. It's a darkness-into-light shift in consciousness that can happen at any moment. It can shift us out of suffering and into states of great understanding. We don't usually see things as they really are. There are, however, illumined ways of seeing that shift the way we understand all the old events of our lives.

Even though this is ancient knowledge, it's actually revolutionary. It means that we don't have to spend years working things out. Instead, we can have the ability to make dynamic shifts in our understanding to move our pain, grief, anger, sadness, and trauma into new ways of being. Everything that has happened to us in our life is our opportunity for transformation. We may have pain in our body. We may be having economic or relationship challenges. We may have some old traumas or abuses. Whatever our experience may be, all of it contains the seeds of dynamic transformation.

Not About Changing Your Life: Many modalities assist you to change your life, but we do it differently in our work. Change is something done over time, piece by piece. Transformation is a dynamic alteration of the perspectives from which we live. It's alive, ancient yet incessantly changing, powerful, practical, transcendent, and filled with dynamic energy. Our approach assists you in the transformation of life.

In conventional methods, you work within the reality system of the problems. It's about understanding and fixing them. In consciousnesses transformation, there's a different kind of approach in that you don't work within the reality system of the issue. You go to another reality system, another level of being, and from this expanded space, your issues transform. As we are reminded in the film, A Beautiful Mind: "You can't reason yourself out of this, because your mind is where the problem is in the first place."

How a Man Transformed his Anger: One man found that he was constantly angry with his boss. He saw his boss as a petty tyrant. He stewed in his anger, so much that he was developing a skin ailment. It was something akin to hives, which involved an eruption of redness, and which he knew was his anger externalized. He also knew that he'd have to make some changes in his perception, as this was starting to affect him in powerful ways. We assisted this man to find his innate wisdom, which we call his Wise Mind. He was able to look at his boss from an expanded point of view. He imagined his boss as a child, and he experienced that the boss had, himself, been bullied throughout his childhood. This relieved the man of a great deal of his anger. He simply moved back to see his boss more clearly. In stepping back, he was also able to view the panorama of the experience at work. He saw that this was a "setup" by the universe to get him to heal his own childhood and his own anger. He felt sorry for his boss. The emotions didn't affect him any longer, as he moved into a space of the "observer." From this, he soon found he didn't need to be working with the boss any longer. He could move on in his life as he had moved on in his consciousness.

True Transformation: True transformation is about lifting yourself to higher and higher levels of consciousness so that by transforming your difficulties, you can come to know the true purpose of your life. You're able to transform your greatest negativities into enlightened understanding.

The Cause of Our Difficulties: Suffering comes from experiencing ourselves as separate from the essence of all life. This separation can show up as fear or anger, sadness or loneliness, trauma or difficulty with relationships or work. Pain is one thing, but suffering is another. Suffering is about being cut off from our true self, and transformation is about healing the separation from our source. When you ask the Wise Mind to assist you with this by mending the rift, you find relief from problems and come back to wisdom, love and peace.
