Summer is here and the time is right for looking and feeling good. It's time to put away the comfort foods that seem to keep you warm and happy and start getting into a healthy routine. If you are one of the many allergy sufferers this year, if you've been fighting weight issues or discovered you have food sensitivities, diabetes or candida ablicans than it's time to clean out your liver that filters your body and digestive system by healing the emotional energy connected to the liver and digestive system. The energy of the liver is connected to the emotion of anger and repression the energy of the small intestines is discernment and the large intestines holding onto expectations of the past. I'll discuss below the three easy steps to take that will put you on the path of least resistance and eliminate the seemingly overwhelming task. Once you take the first step you'll not only want to learn how to eat delicious foods that you're not allergic to, foods that are easier to digest, give you energy and support organ function, you'll crave healthy foods.
For many of us the liver and colon are overloaded with environmental pollution and foods we've overdosed on throughout our lives, wheat, dairy, sugar, soy, corn and the very difficult to digest red meat. These products are what our parents have been giving us in abundance from the beginning of our lives. They're easy to grow and so have been manufactured to excess as pastas, cookies, breads, ice cream... Many of these products are added as fillers to many other products. If they're not organic and they don't say non- GMO then these frequently consumed food products have been irradiated or coated in carcinogenic pesticides. Chickens that are not raised free range live in unfathomable conditions and are pumped up with antibiotics that many of us are allergic to. All of the aforementioned food items are considered high in allergens. They cause sinus infections, intestinal blockage, allergic reactions, inflammation and weight gain. Literally thousands of people across this state and the country have become aware of food sensitivities that keep them suffering with headaches, bloating, sinus infections, dry eyes, allergic reactions, and health issues such as asthma, candida ablicans, diabetes, CFS, MS, diverticulosis, depression, Interstitial Cystitis, drug dependencies, obesity/weight loss issues and more...a healthy diet and mind is in order for all.
A common complaint that I hear from women in California is, " I don't meet anyone who wants to make a commitment." And then, "I just don't have the time or willpower to stay on a diet or exercise." If you can't make a commitment to yourself to be healthy and start a healthy diet and stay on it is someone else going to feel safe making a commitment to you?
The first step to take when something isn't going right in your life, including your personal life and your health is to reach out for help. When you call upon the work of the oldest medicine and spiritual tradition you are saying I want to learn about my body, mind and spirit and how they interact and find the way to support a balance in all that I am. Every imbalance in our body and life is generated from an emotional starting point that creates a physical response. Finding out when your sensitivity towards food began on an emotional level is perhaps the most important element of your healing. The support found in the oldest Spiritual/emotional Healing modality is unequivocally the most profound I've ever experienced. Through Soul Retrieval, where I like to begin when helping someone overcome any issue in life, we find the source of all the feelings and expectations we have about ourselves and others we have ben in key relationships with.
After Soul Retrieval most people feel they have been heard or recognized for who they are and what they've been through for the first time in their lives, without judgment. This in itself is an incredibly healing, a great relief that allows some of our emotional armor to come down. We start to need less emotional comfort foods. Now couple it with the return of energy that you haven't had since you were an infant and even as early as the womb. You have taken a substantial first step toward a completely different healthier you simply by reaching out and beginning.
The second step is recognizing that you are holding onto energy that doesn't belong to you. This is when the original psychic surgery is utilized. It is part of the Shaman's original medicine and healing more commonly referred to as extraction. Why do we hold onto others or allow others to hold onto us energetically? Has anyone ever made a suggestion to you about who you are? Has anyone ever hurt you emotionally? Have you ever wanted a parent's love and acceptance and felt you didn't receive it? Has anyone ever told you what to do with your life? All these and more are reasons energy clings to us or we hold onto someone else. These emotional needs or the desires and judgments of others create an intrusion in our energy body, which will manifest in the physical body. Energetic intrusions can begin in the womb and a well-trained Shamanic Therapist will be able to help you extract this. You will see a tangible difference in your energy afterwards. It will also support weight and dissipation of some illnesses including depression.
The third step is when you experience your spiritual life first hand through a well-trained guide in the ways of the Shaman's spiritual journey. When you meet and experience the spiritual guides that represent you in your wholeness without trauma you begin to see yourself with your heart and most importantly your begin to trust that you are not alone at the deepest level. I take my clients as far as into their soul history or past-life with those who were catalysts for change in their spiritual/emotional self. This is where you become proactive in your choices and learn that we are all at choice in all matters. It is also where you receive information on what foods to avoid and what to eat to support your body's needs. It isn't someone just telling you what to do it's your experience and your inner-self that is helping you as well. Some of the messages may be cryptic and this is where my 20 years of experience with the language of spirit is of great benefit.
The fourth step is the re-parenting that occurs this is when you will consciously and actively want to take care of yourself as a precious aware being. A new willpower will reside in you and in that role you are supported with the spiritual work to nurture yourself and explore your new creative gifts that have returned to you through this miraculous work. You will awaken every day with a new sense of purpose in life.
The fifth step will help you to confirm all the above as we will utilize Kinesiology another tool you will always have to test yourself for ever changing allergic reactions to anything you ingest. This will give you confidence to move forward and create your healthy lifestyle and diet. The many recipe creations and information I can give you with regards to herbs, supplements and foods that support good digestion, liver function or any other kind of support your journey has brought to light is included in your new tool kit for a healthy body, mind and spirit. In a matter of a few days what you thought was an overwhelming situation will seem simple and doable. With a few classes in food preparation and my easy to make recipes you will find yourself enthusiastically creating in the kitchen without using the mucous producing dairy, sugar, gluten, soy and meat products that are not healthy for you. Eating a full or partial live foods diet will be what your body will crave as it detoxes naturally by releasing emotional energy.
The sixth step part of the program will be to connect to nature as we better learn to care for ourselves we will remember that as human beings we are meant to be the earth's caretakers. The work of the Shaman is the oldest green movement. Connecting to nature will become another essential part of your new routine through hiking, walking, bike riding, swimming or any other outdoor activity you feel drawn to.
