Your circumstances are NOT your experience. Your experience of life is internal and solely created by you. When you resign yourself to the circumstances of life and make those circumstances the reason for your internal experience, you relinquish all power of change. Essentially you are saying to yourself and to the world that you are not responsible for your own experience and the power to change resides somewhere outside of you.

If you decide that something or someone else is responsible for your experience, then you cannot hold yourself responsible for your own experience. You believe the lie that you don't have the power of choice or change.

It is ALWAYS our choice to remain right where we are. It is quite convenient to see the magnitude of the situations or circumstances that have "us bound" and not the magnitude of choices we possess in how we are going to experience the situations of life. For every life situation we encounter we make conscious choices about how we are going to engage and move through these situations.

It is a conscious choice to go beyond the confines of family, culture, tradition or society when they directly impede the expansion of who you are inside.

It is a conscious choice to go beyond the ritual and the dogma of religion and connect directly with all there is... the God in you.

It is a conscious choice to go beyond the confines of your government to understand that all political structures are energetically the same and we created them for the same reasons.

It is a conscious choice to go beyond the confines of age, gender, race, and nationality to recognize yourself in the face of everyone on the planet.

It is a conscious and enlightened place where we understand that, at a primordial level, all human beings need, want, require, and seek the same basic experience of their life and of themselves.

In this place can you hold hate, anger, fear, apathy, etc.?

In this place can you disenfranchise or seek separation?

In this place can you kill?

In this place can you ever not be responsible for your own experience of life?

In this place you stand in the presence of God—all there is. In this place we bring new meaning to the words unity and love.
