I offer Alternative Physical Therapy (PT) with a twist. This unique blend of PT, Trager Bodywork, and Yoga is not like any PT treatment you've ever experienced before. You will be treated to one hour of relaxing, in-depth treatment. No problem is too large or too small; too acute or too chronic.

My treatment program has been developing since I began PT practice in 1975. It begins with an assessment of your problem/situation. Then, we proceed to floor work (based on years of Yoga and Dance) and/or hands-on table work based on years of combining PT with Trager Bodywork. Last, we will discuss my recommendations for your comprehensive healing program, which may also include: ergonomics, herbs, supplements, foods, homeopathy, and restorative exercise practice.

This program works and is tailored to your needs. Some of my happy clients include members of the Joffrey Ballet (where I was backstage consultant for several years), athletes, and ordinary folks from all walks of life.
