At Painting from the Wild Heart you are provided with an environment of encouragement and challenge that awakens your artist's soul. Exercising your creativity without concern for the results as part of a larger circle of community and support develops greater trust in your intuition, opens you to the experience of art as sacred with its power to heal and rekindle vitality and gives you a way to fearlessly embrace all of yourself.

In these expressive painting groups you will learn to break the spell of your inner critical voice, and to reignite your natural childlike wonder and enthusiasm for experiment and play.

These classes, workshops and retreats are appropriate for all levels of experience. People come who have never picked up a brush and who have told themselves "I'm not creative" only to find their inner painter alive and well. Experienced artists can also benefit from this approach when they find themselves mired in a creative block or have lost their passion for painting.
