ABOUT THE CLASSES & COMPANY:
Meaningful dance movement, dramatic dance fusion, and poetic delight! All levels welcome.

Performance techniques highlight the Poetic Dance classes, and workshops directed by Natica Angilly.

Her company has performed by invitation around the world, and has just returned with international awards from a performance tour of Nicaragua and were honored to be invited performers at the First World Congress of Poetry and Culture held in China in 2006.

She is a pioneer in the art of poetry together with dance as a unified art form, has authored four books on dance topics and, along with her husband, poet Richard Angilly, created the annual Dancing Poetry Festival, now in its seventeenth year held at the California Palace of the Legion of Honor in San Francisco each September.

Natica Angilly's Poetic Dance Theater Company has been invited to create the opening ceremony for the World Congress of Poetry to be held in Greece in July, 2011.

We look forward to including you in our classes and workshops, nurturing your talent, and making new friends. Learn to become a poem or see your poetry dance.

POETS: Poetry submissions will be accepted for the 2011 Festival soon. See website for details.
