Cristhal Bennett is a Healer who uses her intuitive and clairvoyant abilities to support the awakening of your spirit. Called into being by her ancestors, Cristhal works with the energies of life to provide multi-dimensional healing. She has been trained to do noninvasive psychic surgery, reiki, and energy balancing. She reads, activates and cleanses auras and chakras.

Sessions: Just as there are no two people alike in the world, each session is specific to the client's path: Be it spiritual, emotional, or physical, Cristhal will help you to become aware of energetic blocks, which prevent you from realizing your purpose. She will then apply the appropriate healing modality that will remove these blocks so that you can experience a deeper and affirming sense of Self within self.

Spiritual Life Coach: "Transformational Coaching through Kundalini Yoga" is an individualized program designed for the spiritual seeker, new yoga students, existing yoga practitioners and individuals in the midst of Kundalini Awakening. This course of study is designed to facilitate, balance and correct the flow of spiritual energies in the body and to support the gentle awakening of the Kundalini Energy.

Cristhal's presence is like that of a midwife; she will guide you, walk with you and bear witness to your transformation as you reclaim your Divine nature.
