INTRODUCTION TO AIKIDO

This special three week, six session course is designed for the beginning student who is interested in the art of Aikido. Students will learn breathing techniques, warm-up exercises, rolling and basic techniques that demonstrate the foundations of Aikido practice Teachers are attentive to each student's pace and abilities. The course begins in SF on the first Tuesday of every month at 6 pm and in MV on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm. Course fee is $45.
