Tai chi is a health-meditation exercise system, performed slowly, consciously, and relaxed. It functions to reduce stress and tension, revitalize and regenerate the nine vital organ systems in the body and balance and center the emotions, mind, and spirit. Tai chi can also be a non aggressive form of self defense, and a philosophical method of bringing peace and harmony into one's daily life. $60/month.
I am a senior student of Master Ben Lo of San Francisco. I have taught tai chi since 1976.
