Since 1989, Bauman College has offered a comprehensive, affordable education by promoting an integrative approach to holistic nutrition and the culinary arts. Through our training programs, we prepare individuals for successful careers as Nutrition Educators, Nutrition Consultants, and Natural Chefs. Our intent is to educate people of all ages to participate in an earth-friendly paradigm shift aimed at creating a sustainable culture of wellness in individuals and the community.

Our unifying philosophy, the Eating for Health™ model, aims to change the way people consume food from convenience to conscious eating, advocating the use of whole, organic foods, nutritive herbs, biochemical individuality, and appropriate supplementation to promote health, restore metabolic balance, and support recovery.

No other nutrition program, short of a four-year naturopathic college, can demonstrate the length, depth and breadth of commitment to academic excellence and practical application that Bauman College offers.
