The Center of Light is a Mystical Christian community offering the East Bay daily meditation and communion, beginning and advanced spiritual classes, seminars and Sunday Services. Join us for a free six-week Introduction to Mysticism & Meditation, Wednesdays at 7:30 PM in Oakland and Thursdays, 12-2 PM in Albany. Get a taste of the mystical teachings through experiential components designed to help you learn the art of meditation and to begin feeling the blessings, power and love of God.
