WRITING THROUGH GRIEF®
Whether you are grieving a recent death or an earlier loss, writing can provide a means of expressing, understanding and sharing this painful and often isolating experience. We will use reading, writing exercises and discussion to explore the feelings that arise and the poetry to be made of them. One-day and 8 session workshops.
HEALING THROUGH WRITING WOMEN'S PSYCHOTHERAPY
Writing is a means of exploring what is known and evoking what is unknown. In this interactive group, we will engage your creativity to examine important life concerns such as intimacy and authenticity, work, transitions and loss, and one's relationship to one's self and others. 6-month commitment.
