The Park Boulevard Yoga Center is a conveniently located, well staffed, fully equipped yoga studio. With ongoing classes each day and workshops on special subjects, we have all you need to begin to enjoy the fruits of a yoga practice. If you have never done yoga before you are very welcome. It is very important to us to introduce you to yoga in a way that honors your body and inspires you to continue. We have beginners classes Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. These classes are taught by teachers familiar with the needs of those new to Yoga. Join us in this wonderful activity. We have current schedules at the door or you can call 510-798-3712.
